After about a decade in the fitness industry, rehabbing my own injuries, and discarding what doesn’t work, I’ve created my own movement system by blending strength and conditioning with the postural alignment of the Egoscue Method and the holistic approach of training hip slings.
My methods will get anyone of any age, body type, or athletic performance ability moving better.
